Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds and cancellations are applicable only for retail customers.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- After 7 days, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
